A Renewed Mind is located in the historic Wright-Harvey House at 1822 Cherry Street near St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. We also operate a residential youth program located at the COMPASS ANNEX in Toledo, Ohio.
Additional space has been secured for Adults in Toledo at 525 Hamilton Street, Suite 102, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
Now serving Wood County and surrounding areas at our Perrysburg satellite office. We have opened an office in Building 2, Suite B Perry Town Square, 900 W.S. Boundary Street, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551.
A Renewed Mind is also serving Allen County at The UMADAOP location in Lima, Ohio at: 608 West High Street, Lima, Ohio 45801.
